SGE Privacy & Measurement Notice

Effective date: 23 October 2026

This notice explains how Image 3D Conversion Private Limited (“I3DC”) handles enquiry information, first-party attribution and Meta campaign measurement when you use SurgiGuideExcellence (“SGE”) programme enquiry pages on paulsudeep.com for India-targeted traffic.

This notice applies specifically to SGE programme enquiry pages on paulsudeep.com for India-targeted traffic. It is not intended to replace any broader website or corporate privacy notice that may apply elsewhere.

1. Your enquiry and promotional permissions are separate

You can submit an SGE programme enquiry without agreeing to promotional email or WhatsApp communication.

Your email-marketing and WhatsApp-marketing preferences are recorded separately from:

  • submitting an enquiry;
  • receiving a response to that enquiry;
  • first-party attribution;
  • website measurement; and
  • Meta conversion measurement.

Submitting an enquiry does not by itself give I3DC permission to send unrelated promotional email or WhatsApp marketing.

2. Measurement choices

SGE programme pages may offer a measurement choice.

If you choose “Allow measurement”

Permitted browser measurement may operate, including Meta Pixel/PageView where applicable.

If you successfully submit an SGE programme enquiry, that verified successful enquiry may also generate Meta Lead measurement.

Browser and server-side measurement may therefore occur when measurement has been allowed.

If you make no measurement choice

If you have not chosen either measurement option:

  • general Meta Pixel/PageView measurement is not required before submission;
  • simply visiting the page does not require a Meta measurement request;
  • if you knowingly and successfully submit an SGE programme enquiry, I3DC may send one limited server-side Meta Lead event for campaign measurement where permitted by the applicable approved measurement policy.

This limited conversion measurement is intended to represent a verified enquiry, not merely a page visit or click.

If you choose “Continue without” (the option to continue without Meta measurement)

You can still use the programme page and submit your enquiry normally.

I3DC may continue to:

  • receive and process the enquiry;
  • create or update the relevant CRM enquiry record; and
  • retain first-party source and attribution information required to understand where the enquiry originated.

However, for that enquiry:

  • no Meta Pixel/PageView measurement should operate;
  • no browser Meta Lead should be generated; and
  • no server-side Meta Lead should be generated.

Choosing to continue without Meta measurement does not prevent your enquiry from reaching I3DC.

3. Important disclosure before submission

When you submit an SGE programme enquiry, I3DC records the submission for first-party attribution and conversion measurement. If you have not chosen “Continue without”, a limited server-side Lead event may be shared with Meta to measure campaign performance where permitted by the applicable measurement policy. This is separate from permission to receive promotional email or WhatsApp communication. You can choose “Continue without” to prevent Meta measurement of this enquiry.

4. Temporary first-party technical record

For a visitor whose measurement choice remains undecided, the website may temporarily keep a limited first-party technical record to support verification of a genuine successful enquiry.

This temporary record may contain only:

  • a random transaction identity;
  • the relevant SGE programme identity;
  • browser user-agent information;
  • the record creation timestamp; and
  • the record expiry timestamp.

The maximum retention period for this temporary record is 4 hours.

It should be deleted earlier when it is technically no longer required.

This temporary pre-submission record does not store for this purpose:

  • name;
  • email address;
  • phone or WhatsApp number;
  • enquiry form content;
  • Meta _fbp or _fbc identifiers;
  • email-marketing permission; or
  • WhatsApp-marketing permission.

For an undecided visitor, no general Meta request is required before a successful enquiry submission.

5. Successful enquiry measurement

Meta Lead measurement is intended to represent a verified successful SGE programme enquiry.

It should not be generated merely because someone:

  • visits a programme page;
  • views a thank-you URL without a verified submission;
  • clicks an advertisement; or
  • starts but does not successfully submit an enquiry.

Where the approved measurement policy permits it, a verified successful submission may produce one limited Meta Lead event.

6. First-party attribution

I3DC may retain first-party information necessary to identify the programme, source page, campaign or referral source associated with a genuine enquiry.

First-party attribution may continue even when the visitor chooses “Continue without” (the option to continue without Meta measurement).

First-party attribution is separate from sending information to Meta.

7. Email and WhatsApp permissions

Promotional email and WhatsApp permissions remain separate choices.

I3DC does not infer promotional consent merely because a person:

  • visits an SGE page;
  • allows website measurement;
  • submits an enquiry; or
  • is measured as a conversion.

Where a person has opted out or withdrawn a promotional permission, including through an applicable unsubscribe method or by replying STOP on WhatsApp, that choice must remain authoritative.

8. Services used in the enquiry journey

Depending on the programme journey, I3DC may use services including:

  • Zoho Forms to receive programme enquiries;
  • Zoho CRM to manage enquiry and programme records; and
  • Meta measurement services for permitted campaign and conversion measurement.

Use of Meta measurement remains subject to the choices and rules described above.

9. Purpose of measurement

Measurement is used to understand:

  • how people discover SGE programmes;
  • whether programme advertising produces genuine enquiries;
  • which campaigns and communications are useful; and
  • how I3DC can improve marketing efficiency and programme communication.

Measurement permission is not the same as permission to receive promotional communication.
