SGE Programme Terms & Conditions

Effective date: 25 October 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to SurgiGuideExcellence ("SGE") programme enquiries and programme participation arranged through paulsudeep.com. They explain what an enquiry means, how registration is confirmed, what is expected of participants, and who handles payment.

Where payment is required, payment is collected by Image 3D Conversion Private Limited ("I3DC"). paulsudeep.com does not collect payments. These terms do not set out payment, refund or cancellation conditions — those are governed by the applicable I3DC payment and refund terms (see Part 4).

Part 1 — Enquiry

1.1 What an enquiry is

Submitting an enquiry form on paulsudeep.com is a request for programme information. It lets the SGE team contact you about the programme you asked about and help you understand whether it fits your current level and learning goals.

1.2 An enquiry does not confirm a seat

Submitting an enquiry does not by itself reserve, confirm or guarantee a seat in any programme, and it does not reserve any price, offer or special rate shown on a programme page. You do not need to decide or pay at the enquiry stage.

1.3 Accurate information

Please provide accurate contact and professional details so the team can respond to your enquiry correctly.

1.4 Operational communication is separate from marketing

To respond to your enquiry and, if you register, to run the programme, we may need to contact you about that enquiry, your registration, payment steps and essential programme information (for example schedule, venue or logistics). This operational communication is separate from promotional marketing.

Promotional email and WhatsApp communication are optional and are recorded as separate choices on the enquiry form. Declining them does not affect your enquiry. You can withdraw marketing permission at any time, including by replying STOP on WhatsApp or by using the unsubscribe method provided.

1.5 Privacy

How enquiry information, first-party attribution and measurement are handled is described in the SGE Privacy & Measurement Notice.

Part 2 — Programme participation

2.1 Eligibility and suitability

Programmes are designed for dental and allied professionals. Some programmes are intended for participants with particular experience or prior programme completion, as described on the relevant programme page. The SGE team may discuss suitability with you before registration is confirmed.

2.2 Programme changes

Programme dates, venue, schedule, faculty or other operational details may reasonably change. Where a change affects you, you will be informed using the contact details you provided.

2.3 Conduct

Participants must follow the programme and workshop conduct requirements communicated by the SGE team and the venue, and must behave professionally and respectfully towards faculty, staff and other participants.

2.4 Clinical and professional requirements

Participants remain responsible for complying with the clinical, professional, regulatory and licensing requirements that apply to them. Programme content supports professional learning; it does not replace your own clinical judgement or professional obligations. Any hands-on, live or clinical component is conducted under the conditions communicated for that programme.

2.5 Intellectual property

Programme materials — including presentations, planning files, case material, workflows, documents, recordings and other content provided before, during or after a programme — remain protected intellectual property. They are provided for your personal professional learning only and may not be copied, recorded, shared, published, resold or used to deliver training without prior written permission.

2.6 Clinical case material

Case material shown in programmes is used for education. Participants must not attempt to identify any patient and must not record or share clinical case material.

Part 3 — Registration

3.1 How registration is confirmed

A seat is confirmed only through the applicable programme registration process communicated by the SGE team, including any payment step that the programme requires. Until that process is complete, a seat is not confirmed.

3.2 Registration information

Registration may require additional details. You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide for registration is accurate.

3.3 Programme-specific information

Some programmes include programme-specific conditions, inclusions or requirements. These are shared with you as part of the registration process.

Part 4 — Payment

4.1 Who collects payment

Where payment is required, payment is collected by Image 3D Conversion Private Limited ("I3DC") through the I3DC payment process. paulsudeep.com does not collect, process or store payments.

4.2 Payment, refund and cancellation terms

Payment, refund and cancellation terms are governed by the applicable I3DC payment and refund terms. These Terms & Conditions do not promise any refund, cancellation right, transfer or credit.

The Image 3D Conversion Private Limited payment, refund and cancellation terms will be linked here once published by I3DC. Until then, the applicable I3DC terms are provided to you as part of the I3DC payment process, before any payment is made.

4.3 Prices shown on paulsudeep.com

Prices and offers shown on programme pages are for information. Submitting an enquiry does not reserve a price or offer; the applicable price is confirmed through the registration and I3DC payment process.

Part 5 — General

5.1 Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The version published on this page applies from its effective date.

5.2 Contact
